Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday).
During busy periods,  such as sales or holidays, please allow a short delay. You’ll receive an email with your tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Options

We offer two delivery methods:

  • Free Shipping: arrives in approximately 7 to 15 working days.
    This is our standard worldwide option, available for all countries.
  • Express Delivery: arrives within 2 to 4 working days.

All deliveries include tracking, and you’ll automatically receive your tracking link once your parcel has been dispatched.

Customs & Import Taxes

International orders (outside the UK) may be subject to local customs duties, depending on your country’s regulations.
These costs are the buyer’s responsibility. We do our best to ensure fast and smooth customs clearance for all shipments.

Address Errors & Missed Deliveries

Please double-check your shipping address carefully at checkout.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it was not collected in time, we can resend it once it’s back, however, a new shipping fee will apply.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 working days after being shipped, please contact us at support@someron.com.
We’ll investigate with the courier and, if confirmed lost, we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer.
