Refund policy
1) Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your order. If it’s not quite right, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility

Item must be unused, unwashed, with tags and in original packaging.

Include your order number or proof of purchase in the parcel.

Return Postage: For change-of-mind returns, you (the customer) will cover the return postage costs.

For faulty or "not as described" items, we will cover the return postage.
How to start a return

Email support@someron.com with your order number and reason.

We’ll reply with a Return Authorisation and our UK return address.

Post the item back to us using a trackable service.
Note: Parcels sent back without prior authorisation may be refused to ensure the process remains speedy and traceable.
Statutory Cancellation Right (UK)
In line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel your order after delivery. Once you have notified us of your intent to return, you have a further 14 days to send the goods back to us. We may withhold the refund until the goods are received or you provide proof of return.
Faulty / Not as Described
If an item is faulty, you have a short-term right to reject it within 30 days for a full refund. After this period, we will repair, replace, or refund as required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Non-returnable items

Made-to-order or personalised items.

Underwear, socks, and face coverings (for hygiene reasons).

Gift cards.
2) Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Important: For change-of-mind returns, original delivery fees and return postage costs are non-refundable.

By law, refunds must be issued no later than 14 days after we receive the goods back (or proof of return).
3) Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact support@someron.com immediately with photos and your order number so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
4) Shipping & Delivery

Processing time: 1–2 working days.

UK Delivery: Shipped via Royal Mail or tracked courier services.

Missed Deliveries: If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failed collection, the customer will be responsible for additional postage costs to re-ship.
